Chilled water plant, CRAH, CRAC and fanwall, pumps and loops, economizers, containment and airflow, BMS sequence verification.
Controls and Integration
BMS and EPMS integration, sequence of operations, alarm and annunciation verification, and the protocols that carry them.
Project Management
Commissioning plans, test scripts, issues logs and the turnover package, coordinated across owner, GC and trade contractors.
What the Job Is.
- You are on live mission critical sites, not writing reports about them.
- You execute the test scripts you helped develop, in front of the owner.
- You travel. Our engineers deploy wherever the project is.
- You come up through a structured training program our principals developed.
Our principals personally develop the training program our engineers come up through, ensuring every team member upholds the same standards of quality and performance.
